Shipping Days and Order Processing
- We ship orders from Monday to Friday, and all delivery estimates are based on business days.
- We DO NOT ship to PO Box's. You must provide a physical address for shipments.
- For in-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM CST, we aim to have them leave our fulfillment center the same day. Please note that while we strive for this, it's not a guaranteed service. However, expedited shipping options are available depending on your location.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST and on weekends will be shipped on the following business day.
- Some products are shipped from multiple warehouses, which may cause a 24-48 hour delay in tracking updates. Rest assured, the product will still be delivered within the chosen timeframe.
- If you're purchasing wheels in conjunction with tires for assembly, please expect an additional 3-5 days for processing. This will be clearly indicated on the product detail page.
- All Tri-Axle Fenders must ship LTL (less-than-truckload). Please contact us for a shipping quote.
- Any shipping charge over $250 may be eligible for LTL shipment at a lower cost. Please contact us for a quote.
Shipments to Canada
- Yes, we do ship to Canada! To get a freight rate, simply add your chosen products to the shopping cart and provide your shipping province and postal code.
- Please note that we do not charge duties and taxes. These fees are assessed by the carrier after delivery.
- Duties and taxes will be charged to you, the receiver, by the delivery company, typically FedEx or UPS. Make sure to check these charges in advance to avoid any issues.
- We do not issue refunds for customs payment denials, so it's essential to understand these charges beforehand.
Shipping Charges
- Our shipping charges are determined based on the dimensions and total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address will be your responsibility, and these fees will be charged to your credit card.
International Shipping
