Our team works diligently to ship your orders as fast as possible! All orders are fulfilled during our normal operating hours Mon-Fri and are processed in the order in which they were received. Estimated delivery dates are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout when you provide your zip code.
We send tracking information as soon as our shipping team generates the label! Some packages will have tracking assigned before our provider conducts the initial pickup scan, so tracking information may not be available immediately. As always, our team will be happy to investigate any potential issues with shipping and tracking - you are welcome to contact us at any time.

In many cases, yes! Please call us at 321-872-8473 to place an order with expedited shipping, preferably as early in the day as possible. Please be ready to provide a delivery zip code, product model numbers, and a deliver-by date.
Shipping volume has increased substantially within the past year, increasing the frequency of delays. We do everything in our power to get your order to you in a timely manner. You are always welcome to contact us with questions or concerns regarding your packages. If necessary, we will contact the shipper to file a claim and investigate the shipment.
If your order has multiple items, they may ship in multiple packages, or originate from different locations. This can result in multiple deliveries across different days. Please check your tracking information carefully, as it may contain multiple tracking numbers. If you have not received your order in its entirety, you are always welcome to contact us so we can investigate further.

We operate out of a manufacturing and warehouse facility, located just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We do not operate a retail storefront or have public access to the facility.
