Shipping can be easily calculated by adding any item to your cart and entering the state and zip code where the order will be shipping. Why don't we offer free shipping on orders under $1,000? Charging our customers (you) what it costs (us) to ship your order, allows us to offer our absolute best price to everyone. Shipping isn't free. Ever. Tires and Wheels are HEAVY, and unfortunately expensive to ship. Fun Fact: Whenever you buy something online with free shipping, it simply means that the shipping cost is built into the item. We don't build any shipping cost into the price of our items. The reality is, there is no such thing as "Free Shipping". Because of the weight and size of trailer tires, If we offered free shipping, your end price would be much higher than it is today because an inflated shipping cost for most customers would take place. Yes - Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to you. Immediately after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the details of your order. It’s the your responsibility to inspect that email and make sure everything is correct in a timely fashion. Once the order is placed, it begins processing, so any mistakes need to be corrected before the order ships. If you create an account on our website, you can check the order status at any time. In certain situations including drop-shipments, your tracking number may not be immediately available. This does not mean your order hasn't shipped, and in those cases you can contact us via e-mail or telephone to check the status of your order.
All orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. We ship orders Monday thru Friday. Estimated order delivery dates are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout (once you enter your zip code).
A tracking number may not work for a couple of reasons. When the order gets boxed and ready to go, a tracking number is assigned to the order. Once it gets picked up, it gets scanned and will get updates. If you try and track your order before your shipment hits a distribution center, The tracking number may not show any updates (This is normal). As always, feel free to reach out with any question about your order.
We ship to all 50 states and Canada without any intervention and the order can be placed online with zero hassle. If an order is shipping somewhere other than the listed places, you will need to call us at (321) 872 – 8473 and we can get you a shipping quote.
No, But it is free and recommended to create one! You can check out as a guest, and we will not save any of your information. When you register an account with us as you place your order, we save your shipping and order information and set a password so that you can login to our website and see real-time order statuses, re-place any old orders, and have easy access to your invoices. We NEVER save any credit card or payment information regardless if you create an account or not. Payment information needs to be collected each time you place an order. We do this for your security.

Yes, expedited shipping options will show up when you estimate the cost of shipping. If you need an order shipped out same-day and it is past our same-day cutoff, please call or e-mail us with the order information and we can attempt to get the order out (Internal expedition fees may apply).
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived but the tracking information says delivered, please contact us and we can file a claim on your behalf with the shipper. The shipper may open an investigation on your shipment and this may take some extra time. We will do everything in our power to get you your order in a timely manner.
Some special order products may ship from our 3rd party vendors. This means occasionally items in the order may deliver within a day or two of eachother. If it has been longer than expected to receive your order, contact us and we can contact freight carriers on your behalf to determine the cause of your shipment's delay. Typically all items are received within 2 business days of each-other.
If you misplaced your order or want to change it, contact us immediately. We ship orders fast, and we will try our best to help you get the correct items. If the order has already shipped, it is now your responsibility to make any return you need. We will work with you to the best of our ability, however once the shipment has left our facility, we have been charged to ship your order and can not refund any shipping charges.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. If the order has shipped, it is your responsibility to file a return.
We are located in Jackson, Wisconsin. We ship nation wide. We do not have a storefront, we operate out of a manufacturing/warehouse facility.
If you can add the product to your shopping cart, the items are in stock. You will not be able to add a quantity of parts to your cart that is not in stock
