If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. We will do our best to expedite any refund in an efficient manner. We do not do any exchanges, so if you need to purchase the correct items, you may do so at any time. The return of any order is handled separately from any other transactions.

Please Note: Even if shipped for free, the initial cost to ship your order will be deducted from your refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping. If you placed your order over the phone, the items selected for you will be verbally confirmed before processing your payment. You are responsible to review your email order confirmation and notify us within 24 hours if there is an error otherwise we will assume we selected the correct items.

  • Include a proof of purchase with the returned merchandise (a copy of your invoice or packing slip).
  • All merchandise should be packaged securely so that it may be transported safely. RecStuff.com is not responsible for any returned items damaged in shipping.
  • A restocking fee MAY be applied to the receipt of your purchase IF your order is not returned, in FULL and in 100% re-sellable condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Even if you took advantage of our FREE SHIPPING offer, the amount we paid to ship your order is not refundable.
  • Returned merchandise should be shipped to us prepaid to the below address. You are responsible to ensure the merchandise arrives safely back to us. This may include re-packaging or securing the merchandise.
