Returns
All returns must be completed and authorized by submitting a Return Request Form. We ask that you provide us with detailed images of the items you wish to return. These images can be uploaded to the Return Request Form or sent to sales@recstuff.com.
Once the Return Request Form has been completed and the appropriate images have been sent to us and inspected by our Returns Department, we will promptly provide you with a Return Authorization Number, details regarding shipping charges, details regarding any applicable restocking fees, and a prepaid return label. You can choose to use this label or opt for a carrier of your preference. If you decide to use the pre-paid return label, the associated cost will be deducted from your refund.
If an order is returned without authorization or the recipient has declined delivery due to cancellation, order error, or inability to deliver at the location provided, restocking fees of up to 50% of the total sale price and any shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
If you are exchanging an item because you received the wrong item, the replacement will be shipped once we receive confirmation that the wrong item has been shipped back to our location. If you are returning an item because of damage occurring in shipping, please contact us and include pictures of the damaged item so we may file a claim with the shipping company responsible.
If you have received a damaged product or a product different than what was ordered, please refrain from filling out this form and contact us via email at sales@recstuff.com instead. Please include images of the incorrect or damaged items, as well as your name and order number in your communication.
Please refer to the following guidelines for returns: If you wish to make a return, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to do so. Please note that we do not provide exchanges.
All returns are subject to inspection by the RecStuff.com Returns Department upon arrival at our facility. Products must be returned in a condition that would allow the product to be sold to be eligible for a refund. This means the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received by the customer. Used or damaged products are subject to additional charges (see below). Used or damaged conditions would include, but are not limited to:
- Scratches, Abrasions, Bends, Cracks
- Scratches or residue from mounting/unmounting of a wheel and tire
- Paint Damage and Blemishes
- Marks, Holes, Cuts and Modifications
- Tire Wear and Tire Use
- Improper Packaging Leading to Damage
All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the item is returned in a condition that is not as described by the customer or as depicted in the images provided by the customer as part of the return process is subject to additional charges of 35% and up to the full value of the item’s total depending on the extent of the damage.
All shipping costs, including return shipping costs, are non-refundable and are incurred by the customer. If you have taken advantage of a Free Shipping offer, the shipping charges paid by RecStuff.com will be subtracted from your refund. Please note that although RecStuff.com cannot be held responsible for any merchandise damage that occurs during transit to us, we will make every effort to assist you in such situations.
