For the original purchaser, RecStuff.com warrants our quadruple nickel-plated lug nuts against material or workmanship defects for the life of the product. RecStuff chrome-plated lug nuts are warranted for chips, peeling, or rust under normal care and usage. Only one (1) warranty claim can be made for the lifespan of each product purchased. Any damage that occurs to the product due to neglect, extreme weather conditions, or chemical exposure is not covered under warranty. Products that have been damaged through modification, mutilation, or excessive force (including the use of impact wrenches) are not covered under warranty. To file a warranty claim for suspected defective products, the customer must provide photographic proof of any defect and proof of purchase sent to support@recstuff.com. Following inspection and approval, replacement products will be sent to the original purchaser. Shipping costs of the replacement product will be incurred by the customer.
