How Much Will Shipping Cost?

Shipping charges will be estimated in your cart with a zip code. If you are in AK, HI, Canada, or are an international customer, please contact our team for further information.

Is There A Way To Track My Order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once it is shipped from our facility. To ensure delivery, please permit messages from Sales@Recstuff.com. Order status can also be checked through a free Recstuff.com account, you can create one or log in here!

What Happens If I Place An Order Over The Weekend?

Our team works diligently to ship your orders as fast as possible! All orders are fulfilled during our normal operating hours Mon-Fri and are processed in the order in which they were received. Estimated delivery dates are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout when you provide your zip code.

Why Does My Tracking Number Not Work?

We send tracking information as soon as our shipping team generates the label! Some packages will have tracking assigned before our provider conducts the initial pickup scan, so tracking information may not be available immediately. As always, our team will be happy to investigate any potential issues with shipping and tracking - you are welcome to contact us at any time.

Do You Ship Overseas?

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, we offer hassle-free returns! Simply visit our Return Your Order page to learn more and submit a return authorization request.

Can I Get My Order Expedited?

In many cases, yes! Please call us at 321-872-8473 to place an order with expedited shipping, preferably as early in the day as possible. Please be ready to provide a delivery zip code, product model numbers, and a deliver-by date.

My Order Has Not Arrived On The Date My Tracking Number Stated

Shipping volume has increased substantially within the past year, increasing the frequency of delays. We do everything in our power to get your order to you in a timely manner. You are always welcome to contact us with questions or concerns regarding your packages. If necessary, we will contact the shipper to file a claim and investigate the shipment.

I Only Received Some Of My Order

If your order has multiple items, they may ship in multiple packages, or originate from different locations. This can result in multiple deliveries across different days. Please check your tracking information carefully, as it may contain multiple tracking numbers. If you have not received your order in its entirety, you are always welcome to contact us so we can investigate further.

I Ordered The Wrong Item Or Want To Change My Order

Please contact us immediately at 321-872-8473 if this occurs, as we ship orders fast! If an order has already shipped from our facility, it will be your responsibility to initiate a return. I Need To Cancel My Order

Where Are You Located?

We operate out of a manufacturing and warehouse facility, located just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We do not operate a retail storefront or have public access to the facility.

How do I know an item is in stock?

If you can add the product to your shopping cart, we likely have stock! A notification will appear if your request exceeds our available stock when attempting to add the item (and quantity) to your cart.
