Description
These ST225/75D15 tires have the Loadstar K550 which is a tread pattern that is designed longer tread wear and lower rolling resistance. The construction disperses heat more efficiently and the flatter tread profile allows for increased towing stability.
This tire is DOT approved for highway speeds and use on US Highways.
This 6-ply tire has a load rating of 2150 lbs. when fully inflated to its max PSI of 50. It is recommended to run trailer tires at their max PSI as that is what they are tested at for ratings and running them lower could cause tread wear issues or even a possible blow out.
Warranty Information
All Kenda/Loadstar tires come with a manufacturer warranty for five (5) years from the date of tire manufacture. This date is determined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and can be found on the tire sidewall. This warranty covers defects due to defective materials and workmanship. Kenda 550 Bias tires
Bought these to upgrade goodyear radials that were old. I do go through rocky terrain at times and highway radials are not meant for that
