    First, and quite simply, this is a nice product offered at a very competitive price and provides good value. Shipping was secure and fast. Second, an honest mistake was made during packing where an item wasn't exactly as advertised. When I reached out to the company, the response was almost immediate followed by an earnest effort to remedy the problem. Indeed, RECSTUFF did more than was reasonably expected by any measure - I am impressed by their commitment to customer service - outstanding!
