Shipping and Returns

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the shipping method selected and your shipment destination. This estimated delivery date could change based on the availability of your item. Items that we do not stock in our warehouse may add 1 to 4 days to the estimated delivery.

**Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional freight charges.***

Note: Canada Shipping Rates include transportation charges only and do not include applicable duties or taxes. Duties and Taxes are charged to the receiver via UPS. You are responsible for any additional duties or customs charges. A refund will not be issued due to a denial of customs payment so please check these charges in advance of purchase.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Please verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, any additional charges occurred by UPS due to an incorrect shipping address will be the customer's responsibility, and the additional fees will be charged to the customer's credit card. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Shipping via Spee-Dee delivery is available for the entire state of Illinios, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. It is also available in parts of Nebraska and Missouri.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. We will do our best to expedite any exchange, repair or refund in an efficient manner.

Please Note: Even if shipped for free, the initial cost to ship your order will be deducted from your refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping.If you placed your order over the phone, the items selected for you will be verbally confirmed before processing your payment. You are responsible to review your email order confirmation and notify us within 24 hours if there is an error otherwise we will assume we selected the correct items.

Fill out this form and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)- No returns will be accepted without a RGA.

  • Include a proof of purchase with the returned merchandise. (a copy of your invoice or packing slip)
  • All merchandise should be packaged securely so that it may be transported safely. RecStuff.com is not responsible for any returned items damaged in shipping.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the receipt of your purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned merchandise should be shipped to us prepaid to the below address.
