If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. We will do our best to expedite any exchange, repair or refund in an efficient manner.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please follow the below steps to resolve your return.
- Contact our sales department (262) 677-2220 and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a RAN.
- Include a proof of purchase with the returned merchandise.
- All merchandise should be packaged securely in the manufacturer's original packaging. RecStuff.com is not responsible for any returned items damaged in shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the receipt of your purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned merchandise should be shipped to us prepaid to the below address.
