Description
This tire is DOT approved for highway speeds and use on US Highways.
This 6-ply tire has a load rating of 1820 lbs. when fully inflated to its max PSI of 50. It is recommended to run trailer tires at their max PSI as that is what they are tested at for ratings and running them lower could cause tread wear issues or even a possible blow out.

Excellent Customer Service!
Ordered the tires Monday, mounted to new wheels and balanced, and they arrived Thursday, impeccably packaged and shrink wrapped., in perfect condition. While I myself, as do many others, have serious reservations about the nightmare stories of Chinese made tires, there simply is no other choice for those who need trailer tires (unless you have twice the money to drop on Goodyear's new Endurance trailer tires, or can us LT truck tires if they will fit the trailer). The Kendas appear to be well made with excellent uniformity and great tread depth. The white painted wheels were absolutely perfect; not a smudge or scratch anywhere (which surprised me a bit), a testament to Recstuff.com's excellent packaging. These are replacing Towmax bias ply tires that originally came with the trailer in hopes of a smoother ride, better traction, and more accurate tracking of the trailer. Recstuff.com was very helpful answering questions regarding the Kenda brand and stated they had been selling these for quite some time and were a well-performing and reliable trailer tire; I hope so because I'm about to find out! One thing is certain, recstuff.com has earned my future business with competitive prices, fast and REASONABLE shipping, and inside sales support that was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will try to post later, after I have a few thousand miles and some time on these to see how they hold up. Cheers!
