Description

The HiSpec Series 08 is a play off of the wagon wheel style. The spokes are split with rounded triangle that gives the appearance fluidity. These trailer wheels can be used with any type of trailer, including flatbed, utility, snowmobile, boat, travel, horse, and goose-neck. Aluminum wheels provide superior resistance to rust, are lighter weight than steel, and are a solid piece of metal which provide a smoother ride. Lighter wheel weight provides fuel efficiency.

The 866865HDS is compatible with ST235/80-16 and ST235/85-16 tire sizes.

The manufacturer part number seen is a breakdown of the wheel size. 866865HD is the manufacturers part number. The 8 in the beginning is the name of the style of wheel, 66865 means it's a 16 (OD) x 6 (Width) 8-lug on 6.5" (Bolt Pattern). The HD at the end stands for heavy duty and this wheel has a capacity of 3960 lbs. Your new HWT aluminum wheels have a lifetime structural warranty. The clear coat finish is warranted for a period of one year from the date of the first sale of the vehicle equipped with HWT aluminum wheels. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship when the product is installed on those vehicles for which it is designed. Not covered under this warranty are removal and installation costs, shipping costs on any returned item, damage caused by improper installation, vehicle accidents or consequential damages including, but not limited to, expense for loss of the use of the vehicle, rental or delivery vehicles and other types of commercially used vehicles. Should the product covered under this warranty fail for any reason, it should be returned prepaid to HiSpec® Wheel & Tire, Inc. by the original purchaser with a letter explaining the nature of the problem. Upon verification, HiSpec® Wheel & Tire, Inc. will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion and at no charge to the original purchaser. I damaged wheel.

For the most part I'm happy with these weels. I of them got seperated during shipping and arrived 3 days after the other four. When I received the fist four i check for damages and didn't find any. But when I got the fifth one I was happy to receive it and didn't check it for damages until today and turns out that it has several dings on the front rim. Will talk to customer service tomorrow to see what can be done. I'm sure this is a shipping issue and not seller's.

Great looking rims on my RV

Purchased a set of four rims with heavy duty capacity for my 5th wheel after the original steel rims welds failed. This product certainly is better looking and the fact they have a higher load capacity makes my towing stress level much less. Be aware that if you are going to use a standard 9/16 X 18 lug nut you will likely need a thin wall socket. Lug nut socket with a standard deep socket was nearly impossible due to minimal clearance. Excellent price since there was additional discounting over Christmas holiday.
