The wheels have not been used and are in perfect mechanical working order. These wheels are mechanically sound and 100% functional. The defects are simply cosmetic, they are guaranteed to not leak and be dent free.
These wheels are e-coated (electrophoretic coating) before the finish is applied to the steel wheel. This ensures the highest quality of finishes and the wheel's longevity by keeping the wheels protected from the elements.
Our wheels are approved by the Department of Transportation and stamped with 'DOTT'. The wheels are tested and approved for High Speed applications.
